1 on 1 training1 on 1 training will allow you to work closely with Patrick to set and achieve goals as efficiently as possible. A fitness assessment will be provided prior to starting to better understand your current fitness level. Each workout is structured to help you work towards achieving specific results, ensure that you are consistently making progress, and learn how to properly structure exercise routines to fit your body type. Nutritional guidance is also provided to complement workouts and overall goals.

Small Group TrainingThis is great for groups where the fitness level of all individuals is very similar, making it easy for each person to get through every workout. Group sessions typically include strength & circuit training, core & flexibility, injury rehabilitation (when necessary), plyometrics, and aerobic conditioning. Patrick also works with each individual on nutritional planning, goal setting, and consistent accountability to make sure you progressively transform your body, increase energy levels, and achieve your ideal level of heath and fitness.
